This is The Wallet Crew glossary. You will find the definition of terms used in the administration console, categorised by theme.
General
Tenant
A tenant is the administration space where you manage the configuration of the wallet cards distributed to your clients.
You will have:
- A staging tenant for setting up and testing your configuration (https://admin-qa.neostore.cloud/tenant/~)
- A production tenant that is live and used by end users (https://admin.neostore.cloud/tenant/~)
Each tenant has its own users, configuration, and settings, and is completely separated from other tenants.
You can also switch from production to staging or from staging to production by click on the button next to “The Wallet Crew” on the top left of your screen:
The Wallet Crew allows you to track metrics via the dashboard and configure the application.
Form
Customer registration
A registration form is a ready-made web page designed to help you easily sign up customers and enroll them in loyalty programs right at your store. You can have several customer registration if you need to enroll your customers through a different form. Here you can learn more about customer registration forms.
Redirects
Redirects are QR Codes that are generated by The Wallet Crew and point to a customer registration form. You can have several QR Codes, for example one per store, and they can point to the same form. Each QR Code can also be linked to stores or to additional datas. Here you can find how to set up redirects.
Wallet
Pass Template
The template is a pre designed structure, a model, that you will use to build your passes. Your passes will be linked to a template on which you will have worked on. You can have different templates depending on the design or information you need to display on the passes.
Template type
The Wallet Crew has 5 different template types depending on the type of pass you need. It can be an event ticket if you need your client to have their concert shows in the wallet, or a customer card if you need them to have their loyalty pass in their wallet. Each template type has different structure that you can see here
Pass layout
The default pass layout used to display a pass, the layout being the way information like your name, barcode, and event details are arranged on a digital pass.
Passes
A pass in a digital wallet is a virtual card or ticket on your phone that can be coupons, tickets, or loyalty cards. You can use it to get discounts, enter events, or check in without needing a paper version.
